Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had something to eat here on Friday last and stayed to watch the Ireland v France rugby game. The place was busy and we had no reservation but they sorted us out without any fuss. Good food, excellent quality beer and service was friendly...and efficient. Definitely worth a visit when in Cork.More

Spent the whole night queuing at the bar. They have no bar staff on. Do not go here. We ordered food. They took it away 10 mins later.

Discrimating against a disabled member of our party. Disgusting behaviour. We were a large group spending a lot of money and had to leave. Would not recommend

I was in Dwyers recently for a work gathering, drinks and finger food. We had a reserved area . The outstanding service, food and attention to detail is absolutely perfect. Dwyers staff are professional, efficient and so friendly. We were a large gathering and the...other areas of Dwyers were full, this didn't cause any waiting for service , everything ran so smoothly and without effort. Top marks to the ever friendly staff at Dwyers , no need to look else where . Thank you for a lovely nightMore

My friend and I decided to visit Dwyers as we were staying close by and saw it advertised at the airport. The food was absolutely spectacular and good value for money. We were fortunate enough to get there at a time to enjoy the live...music and particularly enjoyed the traditional Irish music played between 7-9pm. We will visit again during our stay, without a doubt!More

I recently had some friends over visiting Cork for a few days and as they were staying in the Kingsley we decided to take a walk into town on Monday for some lunch. We arrived at Dwyers and although there wasn’t one customer in the...place we were starving at that stage so said we would eat there , we were told that we could not eat there as one of us was wearing a tracksuit pants (probably the way 90% of people in cork would dress on a Monday at 3pm). We offered to sit outside on their side street tables but were told no we won’t be served as it was policy , a bit ridiculous considering we would have been the only customers in there.More

Came here with my husband on our honeymoon for a late lunch/early dinner as we were traveling through Cork. We sat outside in this super cute area that had tables/chairs. Staff was friendly, service was prompt, and food was delicious! (I had the tacos) Would return again!More
