Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I'm very picky when it comes to sausages -- there are only a few kinds I like. At O'Flynns, they have a wide variety of different sausages; I took the standard one that they give you when you don't pick something special, and it was...amazing -- exactly as I like them! Good place to stop for lunch or dinner. Service was a little iffy, but that may in part be due to the huge crowd and workload...More

I bought a sausage on a bread roll at the market stall for 5 euro. Not the cheapest hot dog ever, but the tastiest. You can choose from many sauces, pickes, onions etc. The flavor of the sausage is unique. It is real meaty with...a hint of herbs and spices. Delicious! Great traditional Irish food!More

Like this place but lately seems that the staff just don’t care. I also go to their stall in the English Market and the Mediterranean spicy sausages are quite good there

We couldn't resist the smell of the grilled sausages as we walked by the small window shop. And we didn't regret going in, either. The sausages were very tasty and enough for a brunch. We recommend the place!

The humble sausage is generally looked down on; when did you last see the Masterchef contestants tasked with making a sausage, or even just a sausage dish? If it's happened, I missed it. But a good sausage is a culinary delight, and the plain ol'...pork banger inspires a weird brand loyalty. My parents swore by the Uplands brand (Kenya), and throughout his life in South Africa my father-in-law used to go all misty-eyed when recalling the Irish-made Hafner's that graced his youthful breakfasts and teas. Personally, I think that the Escort brand in SA is hard to beat (I know of a butchery in Perth that imports what it claims is an exact replica of the Escort spice mix just to please the palates of SA expats!). But, in my opinion, O'Flynn's is close to the peak of the sausage maker's art, at least that branch where they are fried rather than boiled (Germany) or dried (France and Southern Europe). We have tried them at the English Market outlet, and we have taken fresh sausages home to cook, and they really are good, whichever you choose from a good variety. I won't say that Flynn's influenced our recent decision to buy a home in Co.Cork, but I won't say it didn't either!More

Sausages and sausages, you can eat there just off the cooking plate, with different hot dogs to choose from!

Ordered a "Cork boi" here and it was absolutely delicious. Everything from the relish, to the onions, to the sausage was perfect. Staff seemed very genuine. Potatoes looked amazing but was too full to order them. Would definitely return.

We went from Dublin to cork on Sunday for a new place to see in Ireland..we found this place in internet and we had our lunch here. Good sausages and potatoes, nice stuff. Something quick and nothing to pretend.

Had plenty of sausages around Ireland and all were terrible starting from the bun itself. Then stumbled upon this place and my palate was in love! I hope you open a place in Galway.

Used do an amazing breakfast but not anymore.they changed everything, two tiny sausages, paper cups, meal served on a meal tray topped with parchment paper and the rest of the fry seems to be kept warm ready to serve.not fresh any more.so you get less and a lesser...quality of product but they still want 10 euro off you.i had a nice exchange with a representative of the company who explained the reasons why everything was changed and it sounds like it's now a place for tourists and not locals anymore.save your money and go to the market gate or Tony's.More

This place is simple. It sells its sausages and plates them up in hotdog buns with fried potatoes. There are 6 or so types of sausage. I got a footlong hotdog, fried potatoes and a bottle of water for less than a tenner. Nice and...tasty and a quick way to spend a lunch sitting down.More

Been twice for breakfast, really nice full Irish, quick service with nice seating arrangement upstairs. Sausages have a nice flavour to them, rashers, fried egg etc all really tasty. Can be a lot harder then you think finding somewhere that serves a traditional full Irish,...O'Flynns does the job. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a decent brekkie in the city centre.More

Picking up a selection of their gourmet sausages will spruce up your meals for the week! Their sausage and potato cartons are great to take away as well.

The place is smokey, you need to stand in a queue while the rest of the market tries to go past you. Sausages are not the healthy food, but these ones are divine. You can buy a sandwich or just sausages to cook at home....There is a good choice of tastes - with herbs, peppers, honey and moreMore
