Sunday night sessions in the pub, very good musicians playing both trad and popular music. Barmaid was very friendly.

I was staying at the Temple Gate hotel, so went to the Preachers Pub very often. A lovely place, with live music at weekends, very friendly staff and tasty food (and huge portions). The desserts are fantastic!
They do great pub food here and service was very prompt. The chowder in particular was very nice. Although it was not on the drinks menu, the bar manager made a fantastic espresso martini for my wife. Thanks for that.
Good service and pleasant atmosphere in Preachers which is attached to the Temple gate Hotel. Good mix of people both local and tourists
