Very clean cafe. The food is excellent and it is a well run and well managed establishment. It is a little more expensive than a lot of other local cafes but the quality and standard is very high. However the staff are absolutely appalling. Working...with the public requires at a minimum, having a personality of which these people are completely bereft. Grow up and act like mature adults. Laughing and joking behind the counter and then barely acknowledging the existence of your customers when they walk in is totally unacceptable. It doesn't cost anything to extend common decent human courtesy to paying customers. You are collectively tarnishing the reputation of what is otherwise and excellent business. My sympathies with the hard working management having to deal with the bunch of muppets working here.More

Called in here today with my toddler and mother for a quick coffee as it looked lovely, no sign to say wait to be seated and others were just sitting. Grabbed a table with my toddler and went to the counter which I heard staff...member say to another customer oh I'll move them if you want to sit there you were here first. Plenty of tables. This continued for the whole visit. I have never visited a place with such ignorant people working there. Coffee was beautiful but we were made feel uncomfortable and unwanted in the coffee shop. We couldn't wait to leave and was actually sorry we didn't take our business elsewhere. Times like this when businesses are struggling after the past 2 years you'd think staff would treat paying customers better.More

Majority of staff are so lovely and so is the coffee. But one member of staff is consistently rude, even though I am a loyal customer who will be taking her business elsewhere. Thanks to the manager’s (black hair) lack of hospitality and social skills....I want the situation rectified Thank you, A loyal kaifein customerMore

We visited here for breakfast Saturday last and we were over charged I have e mailed and mailed on Instagram and private mails to no avail. While I'm not looking for reimbursement I just wanted my query to be answered. 36 euro for 2 teas...1 piece of avocado toast and a full irish plus one orange juice. Very dissapointed to be ignored.More

100% this place has the best coffee in Ennis and we go here every weekend for our weekly fix! Have good alternatives for lactose-intolerance Oat, Soya, Almond, Coconut Milk etc.

Coffee ok. Staff member who just served us our two takeaway coffees was extremely rude. Would rather give someone else our custom.

We discovered this really nice Cafe a couple of weeks ago. It is part of the Queens hotel building, really excellent coffee and on the three visits that we have been there no issues with getting a table. Good standard of hygiene and toilets well...maintained. Food is pretty good and is well pricing. So would I recommend yes but In these times where the tourism industry is looking for support, you need to talk to some of your staff about their attitude. Some really excellent staff there but on our most recent visit where we turned up just after 8am on a Sunday having checked that that this was the opening time only to be advised that it was 8.30. Eventually we came back just before the opening time and while given a table were not made to feel very welcome and the service continued in that vein. This attitude which i would best describe as sharp was in evidence with other customers as well and I also noted it on my previous visits. So please just address it you have a good product but sort out the attitude and make people feel more welcome.More

Nice atmosphere too. Not overly impressed with the food, for the price, but I love that Drury coffee. Looking forward to visiting again (when its safe)!
