Great location but not impressed with the poor coffee. A basic cheese toastie at £4.75 didn't hit the mark. Maybe just visited on an off day but feel the place could provide better.

We are magic but we cannot turn a cheese toastie into something like our lovely lasagne or macaroni cheese it is what it but I will say we use quality products good bread and lots of fresh cheese and a fresh side salad none of this comes cheap to us and we feel £4.75 is reasonable. Our coffee is supplied by... Situated on the outskirts of Pitlochry on the banks of the loch in stunning settings with ample parking this is a gem of a place.... first we went in for a bite to eat and opted for one of the delicious home made cakes and a cup of tea although it does have a varied menu and we have had... More

The service was friendly and efficient. Gluten free cakes were on offer and my husband had a scone that we thought was properly made without catering scone mix, That made a nice change, A good place to visit if you are walking, and there are boats and rods to hire for use on the loch.

The roadside advertising sign helped find this café overlooking The Loch, friendly staff and service, food good, free parking and welcome from the resident ducks.

Great place for a refreshment by the Loch, and reasonably priced. Views over the water spectacular while watching the fish jumping.

Firstly my partner and father in law were given great advice on which part was best to do some fishing which they greatly appreciated however unfortunately did not achieve a catch. My mother in moved in for... More

Sadly, you will find the Pitlochry Boating Station closed for the winter but it will open again in the Spring ... it is on Facebook so you can always message them to clarify a 2017 opening via that. We think it is the best spot in Pitlochry for a sit down refreshment stop. Lovely food and drinks. Welcoming owners ...... More

Noticed the sign as we drove into Pitlochry, and a quick U turn took us down to the cafe. A delightful spot on the loch-shore, and as good a bacon butty as I've had. We sat outside, and the food was cheerfully brought out to us. We enjoyed watching the ducks too !

Lovely setting, but was disappointed with service. Visited this cafe in 2015 with friends for a "Scottish" breakfast. We were 5 minutes after cut off time for this so were refused. This year my friend wanted a fried egg sandwich. They would not do this as "it was not on the menu". - only fried egg roll- despite the fact... More
