Really nice waitress who despite of a full restaurant made time for a little chat. We had mussels for starters and the salmon on seafood risotto - both was fantastic! We didn't have a reservation but got there quite early, so we even got the...More

Had dinner here last night 28/7 with our two kids including an ‘active’ toddler. Service was brilliant - nothing was too much trouble and delivered with a cheery smile. Nice house wine and olives. Food was delicious, haggis Bon bons, chicken with linguine, pork loin...More

We popped in this small, cozy restaurant by chance while looking for something to eat at dinner time. We thought the menu looks diverse enough to give it a try. I had the salmon with seafood risotto, absolutely delcious, the salmon cooked just right, juicy,...More

It was crowded, noisy, and so "cosy" that you were hard put not to bump into your neighbours, but this was OK as the place was alive, the service was very good, and atmosphere very friendly. All the staff seemed to enjoy their jobs, which...More

We had a wonderful meal here on a busy Saturday evening. We were fortunate to get a table as we saw them turn away at least 10 groups as they were fully booked. The food was perfectly cooked, well presented and delicious! Thoroughly recommend it...More

This is not a first date type restaurant, but the food is delicious, and the service delightful. My £12.50 lunch consisted of deliciously sweet queenie scallops, with a pesto salad and chilli sauce, chicken breast with spaghetti and Parmesan, followed locally made ice cream. It...More

The Riverside Restaurant is a small, family-friendly eatery that delivers big time on its main USP: scrumptious cuisine. It's located right on Church Street in Inverness, and a big window looks out onto the river (so no matter where you're seated in the restaurant, you're...More

We spent a brief time looking for a dinner spot on the presumption that we could get in without a reservation. We had read good reviews of this place and it was in the area of our first choice, The Mustard Seed, which was booked...More

If I remember correctly it was between £18-£23, not cheap but worth it in my opinion. The food is very nice and the staff are helpful and friendly.
