Visited for lunch with family. Food was ok, nothing special. Service very slow. I don't think one member of staff could muster a smile, they all look miserable! They could do with some service with a smile training. Don't think I'll be back.

My partner and I went here for our dinner on Saturday night. The food was what you would expect for the prices you pay so I can't complain about that. The staff service was awful. Half of the staff looked so miserable and made it...More

We arrived at Ash at about 9:00pm. They serve food until 10pm. We should have turned around upon entering. The staff were hanging around the bar and all looked at their phones/watches when we arrived. I ordered a cider for myself and a diet soda...More

We had a great experience dining at Ash. For the price, you aren't going to do much better within walking distance of River Ness. The waitstaff was attentive, accurate, and appropriately expeditious. The venison was outstanding. Traditional Scottish dishes were well prepared. Ash is underrated--give...More
