This is called a gastropub, but I would characterize this as a very nice restaurant. We all had a nice spattering of meals from the menu. We enjoyed the duck appetizer, then had the steak, salmon and the vegetarian dish. All were perfectly prepared and presented beautifully. This is not a cheap restaurant, but it was rather busy for a... More

It's been a while since we have visited but we will definitely return. The starters were fabulous the soup superb, the duck roulade fabulous. The main of fish was amazing but husband and son had steaks which they said were unbelievably tasty very good succulent beef. To finish a crime brûlée with sorbet which was just lovely so full of... Popular even on a Monday evening. Food now much better presented, tasty but quite expensive. Beer on top pressure, poor show. Tootly background muzak. All in all a good but not great experience. Speculate that being in the bar with live music would bring it to life.

Celebrated with family and friends here. All delighted with the food. Quick service and attentive staff. A very busy and popular hot spot. Worth the visit. Book ahead of you can.

Great atmosphere in this place - and that was a mid-week night with no live music. Clearly also a pub with regular patrons which is nice. The menu was different and a very welcome change from the usual fare. Keeping the menu small and changing it regularly based on what's in season is good. And there's a good mix of... More

The Old Brige Inn is a lovely place to hav e a meal and the sirloin steaks we had were absolutely delicious. You need to be the friendly type as the tables are pretty close together but overall well worth a visit. Definitely be back

We ate here a couple of times on a recent holiday in the area. Dogs are made welcome in the bar, where there is a log burner going in colder months. The food is very good, we had the Steak and Ale pie and the Fish and chips and were not disappointed either time (the chips are amazing!) desserts are... More

The Old Bridge Inn in Aviemore is a great place for food and atmosphere. Possibly the best food served in Aviemore in a great environment with a fab atmosphere. Service was really good and since the repairs following the flooding in 2015 the newer area has a much better 'feel' than previously. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit

One of the best meals we have had in a while. Nice small menu to select from and all good local food. Booking seems to be essential as several groups were turned away as they were full.
