Booked our table in advance, however upon arrival we had to wait for our table to be ready while 'walk ins' were taken to their table immediately. Our table was on the second floor and all the tables were full, so it was very noisy, but good atmosphere. Restaurant staff were attentive and helpful when it came to special dietary... More

My son and I came here for tea after attending the SSE Hydro for a show. My son had a kids pizza and I had penne bolognaise with garlic bread. Could not fault the food one bit, great portion size, reasonably priced, good service, lovely cosy ambience. We were seated straight away without booking on a Friday night, would definitely... More

This restaurant has become a firm favourite as the quality and choice at excellent. We love the macaroni balls as a starter and the Pollo Milanese is always my first choice dish with the spicy spaghetti a great combination. if in the city centre give it a try you will not be diassapointed.

I regularly frequent Italian restaurants as well as work in between the UK and Italy. La Vita would not be out of place in any major Italian city for authentic, simple and tasty food. The Scottish twist that they put on some of their speciality meals are worth a look. Penne al Nero will blow your mind as a rich... More

Had a business Christmas lunch in here in December 2016. I had lentil soup followed by a turkey dinner then chocolate fudge cake. All very tasty, well presented and made for a great experience. The service was excellent and I would recommend for Christmas lunch next year. Best turkey dinner I've had in a restaurant for a very long time!

Been here loads of times over the last few years. The good and service are always good, the daytime menu is great values too. The only reason we've not been do much recently is we now have a baby and there isn't too much space for a pram unless we maybe called ahead to book.
