My son and I were here for a meal on Saturday. The staff were very pleasant and obliging. The restaurant was cosy, attractive and immaculately clean. The food was beautifully prepared and presented and tasted divine. The cost, for what we had was very reasonable....It was my first visit, but I will definitely be back. Well done all.More

We had a quick lunch here, after a visit to the nearby Kelvingrove museum. While the place had no "wow" factor, the service was nice and food was OK.

Hasn’t been in here for some years. The smells when you enter are always enticing. The food is wonderful. The star of the show for me was the Spiced Mackerel, it was incredible. All lovely dishes, great staff and good selection of beers (St Mungo...by West is really good). I won’t be waiting so long to return.More

Probably the worst Indian I've had. Chicken curry tasteless. Fish and prawns dry and overcooked. Naan was like a supermarket naan at best. Lamb was okay.

Lovely meal. Tapas sized portions though the Garlic and Ginger Lamb, as well as being outstanding, could easily have passed for a full portion elsewhere. We had 6 dishes and a nan between us. Each dish was superb. A menu with plenty of choice with...vegan and vegetarian sections and lovely staff. Unhurried and relaxed. Will be back soon.More

Recommended by a friend, I took my wife to Mother India for her birthday. Food was excellent and very fresh, staff friendly and welcoming. Overall cost very reasonable. My only criticism was the food was mostly served in what I would describe as breakfast bowls,...kind of underwhelming compared to other Indian restaurants. Easy fix. Still would recommend and returnMore

I'm not one to write reviews but after our meal tonight I just had to share how amazing our meal was. Garlic chilli chicken was a first for us and may now just be our favorite!!!! It was absolutely divine and full of chicken. Chicken...pakora is the best I have had ever actually! Garlic Naan was just perfect too.More

If you're a fan of Indian cuisine, look no further than this restaurant as it IS BY FAR AND AWAY THE BEST Indian restaurant on the face of the planet!!!!!!!!! ALL the food is made from scratch, it's owned and run by Indians (therefore you...know it's authentic), the staff are friendly and the atmosphere very relaxing. Being that I'm a strict veggie, I simply canNOT recommend their aloo gobi with green beans, garlic mushroom pakora and butter naan highly enough!!!! A word of warning however, due to its popularity and the fact that they're restricted to the number of customers they can have due to the pandemic, I recommend that you book a table in order to avoid disappointment.More
