Booked this before a trip to the Kings Theatre as it’s was minutes away. I hadn’t visited in well over a decade and the interiors are a little tired now, pretty sure nothing is changed since I was last in. There wasn’t any vegan options...clearly marked but the staff brought the allergen book and it was then easy to see what I could have. All the usual suspects like dahl and sag aloo as well as traditional U.K. curry house sauces over veg. I had the okra with chapatti and rice and it was incredible - huge portions and really tasty. Okra is an unusual find on U.K. menus and it was done really well. We used a Meerkat Meals code so was such good value but there was a pre theatre menu available too which was also well priced. Would def go back, with a makeover and clearly marked vegan menu it would be full marks!More

This is the first time my parnter and myself have visited this restaurant and we will be back again. We made good use of the 2 for 1 Meerkat meals code which saved us around £16. The drinks menu is good and we started off...with a Tiger beer and a cosmopolitan cocktail. For starters I had Haggis pakora and it was lovely. My parter had chandri chilli chicken and she loved it. For our mains we both had Chicken Jalfrezi with a side order of boiled rice each which was delicious and quite spicy which we like. Friendly staff members and nice decor.More

The food was fantastic - so tasty. We had fish dishes, chicken dishes, and lots of rice and chioati. Portion sizes great value. We couldn't eat it all, so had the next day! Order brought out chaotically unfortunately.

Been a few times now and have never been disappointed or let down by the food and customer service in Kamasutra. Every dish we have tried has always been amazing accompanied with great hospitality. By far the best Indian restaurant in Glasgow.

I must have around 1 indian takeaway per week and eat loads of curries as it is my favourite dish. This has to be my worst curry experience ever. I ordered through Deliveroo - Kamasutra was offering 30% discount so I thought seemed very good...value. I opened the chicken pakora first. I thought it was a joke - 6 pieces of rock solid batter and I mean it was rock hard - cleary reheated (maybe not even for the second time). Bear in mind I was absolutely starving and I did could not bring myself to eat it - it went straight in the bin. I called to complain and I spoke to Abo who said stye would give something extra next time - no use to me tonight and I certainly won't be reordering in future. Next I ate the spiced onions and poppadum - this was fine /decent. Onto the curry ..I opened up the naan bread to pop in the oven ...as soon as I opened it I could see it was not even close to being fresh. I ate a bit but it was disgusting compared to a fresh naan bread which I have had many times over the years. Again it went in the bin. I thought please let the curry be half decent....opened the tub...absolutely swimming in ghee oil...heart attack stuff! I spooned as much of the old off as I could and put some on a plate with some rice. On my second spoonful I notice a black hair on my plate (my hair is fair and short). I pulled it out and it was extremely long. I was completely put off by this point and I'll be honest I was fuming. It was probably lucky I was a fair bit away from the restaurant at this point. All in all cost me £20 and I was as well throwing the cash away. Never ever again will I order from this restaurant. I have also a good mind to contact hygiene board as no restaurant should be serving reheated food!! Note - to the restaurant ..do not reply to this saying the food was not reheated as that would really insult and annoy me further. One star is too much for my experience but I am forced to give this on Tripadvisor.More

Due to the recent COVID restrictions we had our take away delivered by UberEats, we preordered for 6:15 and arrived before that so well prepared for us. Absolutely huge portions, we ordered a chicken tikka masala (my boyfriend it was spicier than our usual) and...a chicken madras (gorgeous!) and we only ate half before being stuffed. We ordered a raita dip and didn’t expect it to be so large - definitely needs to be a different herb of mint Instead of coriander as it didn’t quite taste right. But amazing!More

Lovely hosts and fantastic food. The haggis pakora were extremely tasty as was the chicken byriani. It did not need any curry sauce as the taste was superb. I will definitely have to come again next time I am in town. I encourage you to...go. It is easy to find. Thank you to the team for such lovely food.More

We came on a friday night and it wasn't too busy, probably to do with coronavirus and people eating out earlier in the week for 50% less! It was a very good curry and i would come again.Typical curry house of yesteryear with it's decor and...atmosphere. The pickles and poppadums were very good. The fish curry the wife ordered was sensational and i had to convince her to share(eventually).More

In Glasgow for a seminar and decided late on that we fancied an Indian meal. Checked out on line and found this nugget!! Lucky for me we were able to book a table. Our eyes were bigger than our bellies as the food was awesome...and plenty- full, I didn't even have rice!!! Really enjoyed the food, the atmosphere was relaxed and the staff were excellent. We will return!!More
