Three of us ate here. We all had the soup starter followed by fish (river cobbler) and chips. We declined the pudding as we'd had enough. For £4.99 per head this represents great value as the food was very good. Service was prompt and friendly and I will certainly revisit here on my next trip to Glasgow

Maybe being a bit unfair in the title for, they may do sushi or so such but in my last trip I was just looking for a beer. I used to be a regular about 30 years ago and it looks the same. It even had my old chewing gum stuck to the same old seat. Of course not, but... More

Only place you can buy a 3 course meal for £4.50. First visit for a couple of years. Long time menu has changed but food is okay for the price. Still worth a visit but don't expect too much. You get your money's worth. As always, very friendly staff.

Usually one of my first ports of call in Glasgow as it's not far from Central Station. Good beer, nice food - and yes, I have got the T-shirt (they sell them too!).

Got told about the Horseshoe from someone we meet in another bar and had to see it , Well worth a visit just to see the longest bar in Scotland with great classic features and beer to match, the food was fine we enjoyed our visit as I'am sure you will as well.

We visited on a lunchtime. Good beer and wide variety of whisky. They sell food but didn't eat there. Good old fashioned pub.

One of Glasgows old traditional pubs. It was really busy but had some pub food , didnt wait long and was really enjoyable. Bottle of wine for under £10 which is extremely cheap. Staff and customers alike were really freindly and welcoming
