We visited Saturday 18th September for our first night out as a couple in a while (due to pandemic as well as having a baby). This used to be a regular haunt and we had missed going. The service was friendly, the new app’s good...and easy to use & the beer selection as ever was excellent. Beers were obviously very well kept as they were superb. Our visit was cut shorter than we’d have liked due to issues with their toilets on the night, but they had called a plumber and it was just a waiting game. Thoroughly enjoyed the few beers we had and hopefully we will be back soon and stay a bit longer next time.More

Drinks always fantastic - this goes without saying. Toilets had no hand wash even though we asked staff a few times. Main server was a little rude when asking for a table.

We visited on a Tuesday eveining and despite the pub being fairly quiet there was still a great vibe. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the IPAs they selected for me to taste was amazing. We both ate chicken burgers which were very tasty...and not normal 'chain fayre'. Music playing contributed to the atmosphere but the place was made special by the staff. Will try to visit again when back in Glasgow.More

staff were very cold and unfriendly, and orders were very slow despite the place not being full. really enjoyed the drinks and the food, however portions were too large, with no option to make smaller! should do a smaller burger for less £ with an...extra burger option, for those who want more. was primarily disappointing as when we arrived we were told our 17-year-old daughter couldn’t have a drink even with food because this was ‘company policy’, despite this policy not being indicated anywhere online or in our booking!!!! however we complied with this measure. we were then told at 21:45 that we would have to leave by 10pm as she was under 18. as obviously tourists to the city, we were not familiar with the scottish alcohol laws, and other bars that we had been to had not mentioned anything about this law, we were not aware of this. we were shocked and very irritated that this had not been mentioned earlier when we were clearly not aware that she would not be able to drink. very disappointed with the staff for not being more candid with this information, as well as being quite blunt and unapologetic when sharing this with us. will not be returning.More

Vegan seitan burger is very tasty and I realise that seitan is expensive but for £10 surely it could come with chips or a side salad? Most vegan burgers at other chains do as standard.

Not that impressed with the brunch of avocado and poached egg. The bread hadn’t been toasted and there was no butter on it. It just tasted dry and tasteless. For £8.50 I definitely won’t be coming here again. On the plus side the chips did...taste good.More

Really enjoyed my first venture to BrewDog, the venue has a nice vibe about it, the staff were friendly and welcoming. While we were inside I had a burger which was delicious, the coke drink was pleasantly nice also. After we'd finished our food we...asked the staff if we could grab a table outside for some drinks, chancing it as it was quite busy, very kindly the staff kept the next table free for us as, the babes. We sat outside for a good 2/3 hours, being there for almost 6 hours in total, really enjoyable visit, good food, good drinks (we had the pineapple and mixed berry ciders) and you get a lovely view. Can tell it'll be hella busy when we're allowed to drink inside again, get booking!More

I don't think that there is free parking in the vicinity, but there is a car park at the Kelvingrove Art Gallery, across the road, which I think is quite cheap.
