Always have a good time here - have been coming for years. Well made starters and the curries have sauces to die for. Great cocktails and a wonderful atmosphere make an unforgettable experience.

A very attractive restaurant with amazing decor - familiar to all of us as ex students of the RSAMD. We had the banquet which was a great way to eat as we had a wee taste of many delicious things and we left well fed and well pleased. The staff were attentive without being intrusive and I have to say... More

I went here before a concert at the Royal Concert Hall and was blown away by the quality of the food. The lamb in the Massaman Curry was tender and delicious. The Thai Red Prawn Curry was equally good. Both served with coconut rice. The service was excellent and the place itself is an impressive grand venue.

After visiting this restaurant for cocktails previously I knew the venue and drinks were great however I was disappointed at the food. I had an over priced average starter and pricey below average main. Will stick to drinks if returning.

I've recently returned home from my first every trip to Thailand so wanted to try the food at Chaophraya. The staff and food did not disappoint, with excellent customer service. The building is beautiful and the Thai décor is very tasteful. I will definitely be going back.

The building itself is impressive. A quality conversion from an old-banking house. High ceilings and tasteful Thai decor. The staff were welcoming and friendly and couldn't be more helpful throughout the meal. An extensive selection of reasonably priced wines was available. So too with the food .... an endless list of mouth watering offerings. We had the soft-shelled crab and... More

Had an early dinner on Saturday evening before going to a concert. The atmosphere was good; the food was excellent and staff very attentive. Very much liked the quality of the food - hot and tasty. Big portions - so might have shared if we'd known - but very good and likely to go back.

This is probably the best Thai restaurant we have ever been to. The staff cannot do enough for you even on a busy weekend. We enjoyed it so much the first night we went again on our second night in Glasgow. The manager was so helpful in getting us a table on our second night as we had not booked.... More
