Most enjoyable, had a lovely lunch here with my family. The staff where very helpfull with the pram, and made sure we where comfortable. We ordered soup and various salads and pizza, but the croissant foure was amazing and so where the cakes. Will definitely be going back.

We walked past the trendier cafe next door thinking it might be a bit pretentious in favour of the more traditional Patisserie Francoise. BIG MISTAKE! Lots of lovely looking cakes no display but there is no way of knowing how long they have been there and just how rotten they might be. Worst eating experience in my life in the... More

Was in here yesterday and I won't be back. First of all the don't accept cards, a bit of a in convenience. The actual menu is tatty and dog eared, not a good sign. The ladies toilet has no lock and it opens onto the cafe, not ideal is it? The seats are badly stained and dirty and really need... More

Looks pretty from the outside with a window full of attractive cakes. Inside is a different matter. Very tired and grubby interior with pretty poor service; we ordered coffees and cake and weak tepid coffee arrived at least 10 minutes before the badly microwaved apple pie appeared. Who microwaves apple pie? It was poorly presented and ruined by the soggy... More

I went here for a very light lunch on a Sunday. The tomato and basil soup was very good and the waiting staff were polite. This place would probably also be good for a cup of tea.

This is not the place to go if you're looking for a high quality lunch. The food is fairly basic. But they do very good coffee and cakes - just as good, if not better, than the much more trendy and expensive Kember and Jones next door.

Came in for rain hideout spot with a Flat White and Mocha. The interior is not bad, maybe only the ceiling. However, being a French patisserie, the cakes and cookies were really not tempting customers. They look like they have been in the window for a long time. Waitresses were also low motivated. The other restaurants beside were full. That's... More

Popped in as menu and initial look of the place looked good. Was unsure of set up and had to ask once I had already sat down. Was told where to get the menus (which are very well used) which took me aback as it is table service. Garlic bread and the salad was really delicious. Chicken was so dry... More

Grumpy long haired boss with hair all over the place. Had long artificial nails and she was serving our breakfast. Service was slow, food was horrible, only coffee was ok.

please don't lose customers for the sake of an elastic band! Please, pay a joiner to fix the lock on the ladies toilet door.
