Lovely lively little place for Sunday brunch, lunch or afternoon tea. Service is generally good and food always good. I had scrambled egg on toast which came piping hot with a great latte. Menu is nice, not overly complicated but very consistent in the standard and quality. I always leave feeling satisfied, relaxed and happy.

Breakfast was lovely full breakfasts and soup for me for a change. The leek and potato was lovely and very filling! Great recommendation from the staff. We do love it here and come back often... come to the south side and try it!

Visiting at lunchtime on a Saturday, we were not surprised of the need to wait for a table for 4 but we coud see why this is so popular with the locals. A smart setting with extremely friendly and capable staff who kept us up to date with likelihood of a table becoming available. The wait wasn't so long, as... More

Popped in for lunch and unfortunately the cafe was very busy. The waitress while attending to other duties quite abruptly told us they were full and we could sit at the bar if we wanted! No indication of how long a table may be. Very poor manner for an upmarket cafe. Used to come here often for lunch with friends... More

Always good for the hangover cure! Highly recommend the BLT and lentil soup, followed by a cake. Full breakfast and Eggs Benedict all magique!

Kind of hidden away a wee bit, this place, but it's well worth finding. Went for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed it. Has a laid back, local feel to it, and does delicious homely food. It's not the most complex food in the world, but every course was perfectly cooked and full of flavour. Perfectly suited to it's relaxed cafe-come-restaurant vibe.... More

Occasionally pop in here to pick up a desert. The banoffee pie is a winner! Never actually eaten in there but the menu looks good and I keep meaning to try it out!

Both MJs -at Williamwood & this one are fab. Consistently great food, be it breakfast (amazing brunch and they will make my favourite bacon, poached eggs, mushrooms and spinach not even on the menu) to the soup the sandwiches and my friend Sharon's favourite baked potatoes! This is a winner. The team are great and service fab.Busy but I normally... More

Went there on spec and had a pleasant meal. Have been before but not recently. Food went down well but watch out for line and soda, it came in the expensive small bottles. Other restaurants do this too and basically it is a rip off. Gripe over the rest of the evening fine. One last warning no disabled toilets.
