Went here to have dinner-for-one on a Sunday. It's kind of a 'hip' little bar. Staff is very friendly, serving is fast while the atmosphere stays laid back: it doesn't give you the feeling of being rushed. Lonely Planet recommends booking a table in advance,...More

The place has plenty of tables, the menu is vegetarian and the food is really tasty. I have only taken a picture with the food, the dessert was devoured too fast (the best vegan brownie I've tasted).

Very nice Sunday lunch after our visit to Kelvin Grove. Good menu choice and having a vegan Sunday lunch option was very welcome. Sticky toffee pudding to follow was delicious. Relaxed atmosphere and good service.

I've visited The 78 about 3 or 4 times now with my partner and each time we have ordered food. I noticed that whenever I had eaten here, about 30 minutes to an hour later I was having terrible stomach pains. I thought it was...More

We ate here for the first time last week and loved it! The menu had a good variety of things on it, great atmosphere, great service, great food and we enjoyed our visit. The all-day breakfast was awesome and the chips were good. The quesadilla...More

Great bar cafe with a lovely atmosphere. Vegan options were great and there was good awareness of gluten free options too. Service was very good. Coffee was not so great according to one member of party, but they are super fussy!

The 78 should be a tourist attraction. Great food, extremely cheap, great vibes, fantastic music, we happened to attend on a Jazz night and it was just pure bliss. My partner and I went for the burgers & nachos, we were in Vegan heaven, although...More

Great place to grad a bite to eat and have a drink. Food was amazing, would definitely choose the falafel burger again. Vegan Mayo is not nice, so if you are not vegan and like Mayo I would take some with you.

It was a cool vegan place. We really liked the décor, it has a lot of style. The staff was nice and quick. The music was a little loud, but this is the only “complaint” I could make. The food was filling and finger licking...More

Just called them. They don't have a ramp, but they do have a disabled toilet. Apparently they've had people with wheelchairs in before despite the small step at the main entrance. Having been there myself many times, I'd say... More
