So impressed. Best Indian cuisine in Glasgow in my opinion. The Fish Pakora was a total treat and you can’t go wrong with ice cold Cobra on draught.

Went tonight and was a little disappointed. Menu has changed and not for better. Drinks took ages to come and never had some of the drink on the list. Service haphazard at best though friendly enough when interaction took place. Bill was incorrect but that...happens every visit with us so we know to check. Food was ok but had far better in here previously and also get better elsewhere. Not sure if decline is covid related or if standards just not as good as before. We used to love here as well.More

The chicken pakora for starters was pretty good to be fair but it was all straight downhill after that. The chicken Korma was the worst I’ve ever had, it gave me the worst diarrhoea I have ever had and I am now feeling extremely ill....Irn Bru is £3.50 on the menu surely it’s a pint glass? Nope it’s a 330ml bottle! Customer service wasn’t great, I asked for my bill and was left waiting about 20 mins, it came without the government ‘eat out to help out’ discount which was an extra £30 it shouldn’t have been! Also had several beers and drinks that we didn’t even order! No surprise the new updated bill took forever to come again, this time to my surprise it was correct. Absolute shambles, I will not be back again.More

Visited last night and the restaurant was quiet, however the service was excellent. Ordered starters and mains and drinks and all courses were delicious. Couldn’t fault it, will definitely be back.

Previously gave this place a glowing review but was so disappointed tonight. Out with 3 of my sons and one girlfriend for a family dinner. We were talking advantage of the government subsidy of up to £10 per head for the first time and as...had been here both as a family and food at a function in the Hotel thought we’d go again. We had poppadoms and usual dips very nice. 2 of the party had starters also good. We had 5 different mains including one vegetarian. My issue with customer service was when my eldest wanted to take his meal to work He is on a run o night shifts as a police officer and hadn’t the appetite but he certainly would at 2am. Apparently they would rather throw food in the bin than give it to take away. We naively thought it was a COVID safety reason but No it’s because you’re on the 50% deal! When I explained again at the till my concerns was then told if they’d know he was police officer going on night shift they may have found a way to accommodate our request! What difference does it make if a customer pays for food and can’t eat it they should be allowed to take it home. Our waiter was also very accusatory when my youngest asked for morse sauce as his dinner was extremely dry. ‘ was it up to the top of the bowl?” he was asked twice. You only had to look at it to see how dry it was we were asking for sauce not a free meal. Overall very disappointed with customer service and won’t be back Was hoping to treat family and help local restaurants a few times in August with this deal so hope our next experience is betterMore

service was terrible And slow, was told had to order more for the eat out help out scheme when we had already ordered 6 curried, staff came back and said we had to order another 6 curries or he will charge full price, shocking, waitress...got our drink order wrong 4 times and bought wrong drinks, had to ask for high chair 3 times when i had already requested it when i booked the table, asked for vanilla ice 4 times and they come back with strawberry ice cream, service was really slow and staff was just not paying attention it was not even busy, after staff telling us to order 6 more curries kitchen staff came back and said half the stuff was not left, how can we order when nothing on the menu was left, also was told we are not allowed to take our left over homes, we paid for the food we should be allowed to take it home, the staff member also said we have to order a curry for each person no where in the gov website does it say that. Shocking service will definitely not be going back and definitely reporting it to the government scheme as they are not following the rulesMore

Firt time eating out in 5 months. Restaurant was quite empty. Staff were great, very attentive and friendly while adhering to social distancing etc. Felt reassured they were taking all precautions. Disappointed in the food sadly, generally too much fresh coriander over dishes and in...veg pakora. 2 of us had chicken tikka, chicken was good but the curry sauce has changed. It was a creamy colour served in a very small bowl like a teacup and was very very bland. I did ask why they'd changed the curry sauce to be told they hadn't! ?? I've been eating there for years it's definitely changed. Anyway it spoiled the meal for me because I think the sauce makes the dish. Don't like to give any bad feedback particularly during this time but lots of restaurants to choose from so I'm sorry I didn't really enjoy it.More

Good food...slow service (wasn’t busy)...wish we’d have known to use 5pm as would’ve saved a fortune!

Wouldn’t think so as there is a bar. We just had tap water as we were driving.
