One of the best restaurants in Glasgow by a mile. Excellent, and I'm hard to please. Every dish was excellent.

The taster menu was absolutely delicious . Each course was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection.

Came here for a special meal in honor of our 35th wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed. Literally everything was amazing. For our 25th, we had a personal chef prepare a multi-course meal in an Italian villa. Bilson Eleven exceeded that experience.

Lovely venue with amazing food! Every plate was delicious, and the service was just fantastic, I really couldn't recommend it more. The location is slightly out of the way, but the food really is worth it.

Hi Sian. The matching wines are £50 per person and include a paired wine for each course selected by our head sommelier Mark. The reserve wine pairings are generally matching wines of a higher quality (better vintage... More
