Best food we had on our trip. The fish and chips were incredible and the drinks were inventive and tasty. I would give anything to go back for more cranachan cheesecake. Fantastic spot.

The food, when it arrived, was delicious. The tartar sauce especially good. Fresh fish and no complaints at all there. The restaurant is crowded with tourists, very noisy, and the service or kitchen can't handle it. Waited 45 minutes before my fish and chips came....More

my boyfriend and I were visiting St Andrews for his 21st birthday and stumbled across this wee gem. I had the full fillet of battered fish and chips with mushy peas which was one of the best I've ever had. My boyfriend had the Arbroath...More

This place was very busy when we called in the evening and rightly so. The fish is super fresh and can be cooked breaded or in batter. One gets tartare sauce with the fish. Chips are chunky proper chippy chips.

We were having a day visit to St. Andrews and wanted something quick/takeaway so we could sit by the beach. We found this place walked right past it before but we could smell it though! Really surprised when we walked in. Great place. Looks lovely....More

Recently have found myself eating more fish than I used to because it is often a lighter option than meat when I'm in the mood for a less heavy meal. So when my other half suggested we eat here on our recent trip to St...More

We ate there recently with a large group including 9 children aged between 1 month old - 10 years old and the staff were great with all of them.

We are a family run fish bar and restaurant. We have been in the fish business for four generations and we hope to keep the family tradition going. All our fish is locally sourced and is as fresh as can be. We have our own fish house based in Arbroath, Where we are particularly famous for our Smokies! (Haddock cooked over a barrel, giving an intense smoked flavour) and our Humble Haddock is also a customer Favorite! We are passionate about seafood and it comes across in all our dishes from the Humble Haddock to our Seared Tuna steak! We carry a bespoke range of wines and whiskys suited to compliment your dish, just ask our serving staff for advice.
