Visited on Sat. Limited wine list, at a function, further limited from 9 to 6. White and fizz served at room temp (offered ice bucket). Wine predictably poor at £14-£19 hotel price. No card machine in function room; "cash only". Vast majority of young staff pleasant and hard working. Food was perfectly adequate for a function with £25 a head... More

I came to the restaurant in a group and was apprehensive as I am allergic to dairy. When I received the menu the waitress had ticked and crossed the meals that included and didn't include dairy. Super helpful and nothing was a bother. Hayley and the other waitress (sorry I didn't get a name) were a credit. My only complaint... More

My husband and I booked a table before attending a wedding reception in the hotel. We had a lovely meal and the service was great. I can thoroughly recommend the balmoral chicken, very tasty and lots of it. Staff were very efficient and friendly also noticed it was packed so may need to book in advance.

Had the 3 course dinner for £12 prior to the psychic show with Paula O'Brien (who was amazing). As was the 3 course dinner, which was exceptional. Great choices of starters, mains and sweets. I had beef bourguignon and my wife who likes to watch her figure had the breaded haddock which was quickly named Moby befire she started. Excellent... More

We visited here with our grand daughter after a show at Falkirk Town Hall. They do a deal, 3 courses for £12. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the meal for the price we paid. The service was very good too, plenty of staff to serve everyone. I would recommend the steak pie for... We went after a funeral, the place was too dark. The food was good and also the service was good. Maybe there are other conference rooms nicer at the hotel.
