Went here to celebrate my partners birthday. Great service and the food was really nice. Good wine list too! Was made all the more special when they subtly celebrated the birthday with some bubbles and a complementary desert. Thank you!!

Delicious meal, thoughtfully prepared. Accommodated restrictive dietary needs creatively to provide a memorable dinner. Good wine list. Loved that it was within walking distance of our hotel.

There is a lot about this restaurant which is good. Most of the food is fine, and the speed of service makes it useful next to the Usher Hall. On separate occasions, my wife and I had the lamb shoulder, which is served as finely...More

The food is fine. Not as good as I expected. Pork is a bit hard to chew. Fish is good. Service is very good.

Prevailing winds meant that most cities that grew in
industrial Britain had their most desirable
neighbourhoods to the west – upwind of factory fumes.
Edinburgh was no exception, with its wealthiest
citizens settling in its West End and leaving behind
grand Georgian townhouses, private gardens and genteel
crescents. These backstreets remain as dignified and
sleepy as ever, and most of the action here lies along
