Neil and his team looked after our party of 14, mostly American visitors with aplomb. They were calm, relaxed but professional and a delight to deal with.

As a cyclist this place is very cool for a look in. All bike shops should have an adjacent café. Been in a few times. Only coffees teas and soups but it's all very well done.

Most reviews of Ronde have focused on the cafe but the bike shop is what brought me into the store. I am in Edinburgh for three weeks and was trying to determine the best way to get some cycling in. I went to several bike...More

Chorizo soup was lovely but a bit pricey for a take-out. Service was very friendly, cheery guy was working when I was in. Will return, but to 'sit-in' as cakes looked great and coffee smelled amazing.

Went here completely unplanned and everything was perfect from decor to service. The wine list and the food wow just fabulous. I don't normally like my beef so rare but it was quite divine. The vegetables were different and cooked to perfection.

This is the beating heart of pedal bike Edinburgh. Many of its customers are lycra clad saddle sore aficionados but it is equally a haven for this 67 year old woman who loves their coffee, comfy sofa and general air of relaxed camaraderie. Free Wi-Fi....More

Stockbridge & Dean Village
Just downhill of New Town and attractively straddling
a river near the elegant Royal Botanic Garden, it’s
small wonder that Stockbridge became one of the city’s
first hip neighbourhoods. It’s now one of Edinburgh’s
most desirable, though many bohemian touches have
fallen away as its residents have matured and the area
has gentrified. Some second-hand shops cling on, but
mostly residents display refined tastes in basement
