Three of went here before the Tattoo and had dinner. My cousin and I both had fish and chips which was pretty darn good! My cousin's husband had salmon which he enjoyed as well. Good service and decent prices. Enjoyed our dinner!!

How is it possible to ruin a hamburger?? ( or 2 ?? ), it was a double hamburger. I have never had a drier, more tasteless burger than this, with cold pulled pork and cold bacon. The same goes for my wife and sons meals...More

Old Town
Few Edinburghers live in the Old Town, but its
labyrinth of dank alleys and steep streets suggests
this was not always the case. Today, it’s mostly
visitors, tartan-flavoured souvenir shops, and pipers
that you’ll find on its cobbled streets. This is the
place to get a feel for Auld Reekie (Old Smelly), as
the town was once nicknamed, and stroll the Royal
Mile, the thoroughfare that links the castle with the

Description
Filling Station coast to coast American restaurant and bar, has been created by a team of people who genuinely love good quality food, drinks and good times! No doubt you're thinking, well doesn't everybody want that? It's true many people do, but we have genuinely struggled to find somewhere that actually delivers all of these things. So our solution was simple - let's do it ourselves, the result is Filling Station. When it's cooked well using fabulous ingredients, nothing beats authentic American food. Very few can resist a cocktail mixed by a real bartender who knows exactly how to blend flavours to achieve a perfect balance of strong, weak, sharp and sweet
