My brother and I were enjoying a walk along the banks of the River Almond in Cramond early on a Friday morning and sat for a rest on a couple of the chairs set outside the Cramond Falls Cafe, which was closed (we were too early). As we chatted, I think a little too loudly perhaps, the owner, Elaine, came... More

Had lovely service from a nice foreign waitress. Scones today were a bit crunchy though. Cheese scone was pretty bland & crispy and apple scones were tasty but crispy. Not cheap but lovely location.

Stunning riverfront cafe where you can get some great scottish grib al fresco. Served by lovely staff. Highly recommended. Especially the breakfast! Then wander round the beach or visit the waterfall.

The quality of home baking is exceptional, particularly the cinnamon and raisin scones. Highly recommended and good value for money.

Stumbled upon this cafe whilst walking alongside the river. Lovely little cafe with great views and outdoor seating. The homemade soup was delicious served with either a baguette or freshly baked scone. A little gem which is hidden away.

Three of us enjoyed a hearty breakfast here on Sunday morning. We all tucked into the full breakfast and coffee - it was tasty, generous in size and good value for money. The ladies serving us couldn't have been nicer and welcomed our dog in too which was great! We will definitely be back!

First of all I should start by saying the food that we ordered was excellent, served quickly and the cafe is in a great location. The owner seems lovely and improvised when I needed a nappy change area. A few negatives though - it was our first visit to the cafe. My friend had chosen it and I had not... More
