We had lunch at both locations. They do a really nice job putting together a creative, well executed, mid-range meal. Service is focused and helpful. A great value. Close enough to the Playhouse to dine before a show easily,

This is a our second visit after a friend recommended. Very good food - excellent quality dishes, great flavours. Good wine at reasonable prices. Highly recommend. You need to book.

Being slightly hungry I tried to find something small. I found this and I got set menu of some mussels and slowly cooked beef shoulder. Both were very good and very reasonably priced. The glas of portugeve red wine was the top.

One of the best places I've been to eat in my 25 years in Edinburgh. Wonderful food, brilliant value. Authentic french bistro. Food outstanding, wine excellent. No pretensions , quick service.

New Town
Suits and shopping bags rule the streets of New Town,
until after dark when strappy dresses come out to
play. This is the city’s central business district
with its smaller offices, clothes boutiques, and many
of the city’s flashiest restaurants and ritziest
clubs. The architecture along roads like George Street
helps give it a swank and formal feel: it’s a planned
