Small and cozy coffee shop, family run, home made food. Try the bacon / egg rolls for breakfast, soft fresh white rolls, a local tradition.

A lovely place to have breakfast. Friendly and welcoming. Excellent coffee and the bacon sandwich was super - bacon cooked perfectly and paired with a proper bread roll!

Tiny and friendly, Plum Café serves excellent cakes and tea at very clean tables with the sun shining (well obviously not when it's raining, but lovely in spite of it). Definitely recommend, we looked at every café in Stockbridge and picked out Plum Café

I’ve started popping in here every Saturday morning while my daughter goes to her dance class. The bacon rolls are brilliant and they do a great coffee. Staff are fab and I thoroughly recommend it.

As a local I am spoilt for choice café-wise, but this friendly wee place is always a favourite. The soups are up there with the best in Stockbridge and I have become addicted to their delicious cheese toasties. Ideal as a lunch spot, whether sitting...More

Just downhill of New Town and attractively straddling
a river near the elegant Royal Botanic Garden, it’s
small wonder that Stockbridge became one of the city’s
first hip neighbourhoods. It’s now one of Edinburgh’s
most desirable, though many bohemian touches have
fallen away as its residents have matured and the area
has gentrified. Some second-hand shops cling on, but
