Difficult to find , it’s down in the basement at the address with a tiny sign on the door, so when you arrive look down the stairs from the pavement and you will fin it. Nice helpful knowledgable staff , great ambience , yes music...More

I'm so disappointed with Bramble. The music was SO LOUD I couldn't hear myself think or talk to my friends. The server was so rude and made me just want to finish my drink and leave. The drink was good though but my experience there...More

Once you’ve found the bar (it’s not signed at street level and is down the stairs next to the dry cleaners) you’ll enter a small, quite plain bar with minimal seating. Don’t let this put you off! We decided to venture out of our comfort...More

This bar was such a dope experience for my wife and I. We used to live in NYC and this is everything a NYC speak easy aims for! Hidden, tucked behind a basement door with no big obvious sign. Cocktails were ridiculously clever and delicious,...More

It’s not the easiest place to find but it’s definitely a hidden gem. If we weren’t told where to look then we would have walked past it. We sat across a bed/seat and had all of our drinks brought to us as well as a...More

Not the easiest place to find as it’s a basement bar and has the tiniest sign to the side of the door. Service is excellent with plenty of complimentary water. Wide ranging drinks menu and great for sampling Scottish offerings. Good background music and good...More

Visited this speakeasy style bar (no signs, blank front door) after a meal down the road. Upon arrival we were quickly greeted with a menu and guided to a table. The service here is incredible with one guy almost serving everyone by himself and the...More

Not your typical entrance, very subtle signage and you have to look down when walking on the sidewalk. Totally worth it, the cocktails were flavorful and the staff was very friendly. Lots of seating and an overall cool feel.

The bar is hard to find so it's worth doing your research before you visit to save yourself some time looking for it. Keep in mind that no obvious signage on a bar could easily be the end of it if it wasn't half decent....More

We visited bramble for some after dinner cocktails and were not disappointed. The mixologist was clearly skilled and the slightly unconventional cocktail list reflects the fact that they're interested in pushing the boat out a little. As many others have said, it is hard to...More

Suits and shopping bags rule the streets of New Town,
until after dark when strappy dresses come out to
play. This is the city’s central business district
with its smaller offices, clothes boutiques, and many
of the city’s flashiest restaurants and ritziest
clubs. The architecture along roads like George Street
helps give it a swank and formal feel: it’s a planned
Georgian development of regal townhouses, geometric
