Decided to go out for some desert and booked a table online for myself and my girlfriend. Booking online was fairly straightforward. We arrived (having never ate here before) , checked in with Track and Trace and we were then taken to our table. Having...been told that there were no milkshakes or smoothies on offer, we were left to look at the menu and weren't told how to order. After getting the severs attention, after numerous attempts, we finally ordered some ten minutes after we'd been sat down. Truth be told, it was fairly busy - with tables and delivery drivers waiting for takeouts. The table was clean but it could have been cleaner and the menus were presented nicely with all the items in a great way but they were crumpled. After a wait, we got our deserts (a Lotus Biscuit Crepe and a Chocolate and Vanilla Cookie Dough). Presentation was nice but our deserts weren't as hot as we thought they would be. Nonetheless, we ate our deserts and enjoyed what we ordered. After finishing our deserts, we decided to leave and we paid at the counter. We didn't have an idea of how to pay as no-one had come to courtesy check us at any point. At payment, we weren't asked how our deserts were or if we enjoyed our meal. After checking our bill the following morning, we'd noticed that a service charge had been applied - bumping up the price of our bill. As someone who works in Hospitality, I always tip and appreciate the work that goes in to make sure the customers are happy. I'm fully aware that it was busy but the customer service was not as great as it could have been.More

Nice location. Food was great. Plenty to choose from!! You could spend ages looking at the menu and will want to try so many things. In my opinion it is good value for the quality and portion sizes. I wasn’t a fan of the coffee...I ordered. It was a flat white but tasted more like a weak latte. I’d go for something else next time. Could do with the music being a little louder, felt like everyone was whispering so their conversations weren’t carrying across the room. There was also a domed type lamp shade attached to a mounted wall light, on the wall next to where I was sitting (close to the entrance). Your likely getting getting hit in the head by it as I found out. It was actually when I was tucking my chair back in. A really strange place/height to have this. Some of the staff weren’t the friendliest. Bit frosty when we were being checked in at door. Said bye on our way out and got totally ignored! But purely for the food, it’s worth going and recommend it.More

Great place to go for dessert after dinner, especially if you like chocolate. Service was slow but it was very busy when we went.

It's a lovely little place, if not a little simple in decor and design. The desert menu is extensive and the food coming out looks delicious. Callum and I were definitely at least 10 years older than the average person in there (we are 30)....We only stopped in for drinks. I had one of the best hot chocolates I have ever had! The milk hot chocolate. It was beautiful. We also shared a 'chocolate shot' which is quite literally an espresso cup filled with melted chocolate! Also delicious! Would definitely recommend a trip if you're a chocolate lover like myself!More

So good! Ordered to our hotel room one night and then went to the cafe another. Really good food. Recommend the Nutella and strawberry bubble waffle.

I recently visited Coro with my partner. The shop was rather empty and we did not have a booking. luckily the server who took us to our table was lovely. I believe her name was Taylor. I know this as she has the same name...as my daughter. she sat us at a nice table and informed us of what was unavailable from the menu and explained that we could substitute any topping we would like instead. I told her about how my friend tried the Ferrero cookie dough and I just had to try it for myself. she brought over some cutlery and some water for the table and happily took our order. she then said that she would make our food herself as soon as she could as there was nobody else in the kitchen at the time, which was understandable. the food was incredible and so sweet. I was so full after. overall great service, amazing food and it was so clean. I will definitely be back.More

the place is absolutely filthy, from the toilets to the kitchen. If I had noticed before we ate I wouldn’t had ordered. The food is delicious but they really, really need a deep clean!

Stopped in for a hot chocolate, and treated myself to a fruity crepe. The hot chocolate was nice, and the crepe was a bigger portion than I was expecting, and really tasty

Very friendly staff, lots of choice and very generous portions for a very reasonable cost. A real treat.
