Love this place, had a makeover since our last visit and it's been done very well without losing any of the character. Good food, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Definitely recommend and will look forward to our next visit.

I came here on the last night of my little break and wished I'd come here every night. Problem is I'd been so tired after my long walks I'd only been fit to have a bar meal in my hotel (extortionate though nice) but today I slowed down a bit and made sure I came out to eat. I chose... More

My family and I visited this restaurant while on vacation. We were greeted by Michelle who was incredibly accommodating and gladly answered our tourist questions. I ordered the Supreme Burger that contained two LARGE patties of locally sourced beef and two THICK slices of bacon which was prepared by Thomas the chef. This was by far the best cheese burger... Came across this place while out with the dog and decided to pop in as noticed the dog friendly sign. Staff were nice and brought a water bowl out for the dog. Good range of drinks, decent music - quite a chilled out place overall. Food looked great, will need to come back to sample the menu!

Had lunch in the pub today 5/3/17. Nice menu, main meal at the moment is only £5. We had the fish & chips. The meal and the service was very good indeed. Not sure if the £5 deal is only for the winter months but if so get yourself along there before the deals ends. Well worth the money. It... More
