We come to this area a lot, and once more decided to lunch at Findlays Fish Bar. What's not to like! The cafe is so clean you could eat off the floor, fresh flowers on the tables, friendly waitress who couldn't do enough for you...typical Fraserburgh hospitality. Gorgeous, fresh and beautifully cooked food at great prices. We love it.

Had an excellent fish and chips from this place. Beautiful haddock which was very well cooked and really good chips. What's not to like?

We had a fish and chips lunch at Findlay's; both of us took battered haddock. The fish was firm and fresh and the batter nice and crispy. Portions were generous and prices reasonable. The chips were not great, though: more limp than crispy. The atmosphere is businesslike: a place to go for a quick meal. I liked it: it suits... More

Fresh local fish done either as whole or goujons. Sitting in the food is piping hot, evrything about it tastes good. Kids had pie and fishcake suppers and both were excellent. Highly recommend Findlays.

Although the fish was really very fresh, there was no seafood (except overbuttered prawns) and no beer. And, of course, is not an expensive restaurant (££-£££ ????), but you can't pay with card.

Complained chips are not usual standard only for an assistant too smirk not good customer service is it? A bit off the main route but provides good food to either sit-in or takeaway. Mostly locally sourced produce.
