My wife and I ate here yesterday while looking for some plants. The chiken tikka masala was completely bland and tasteless and the stew was so thick and heavy that it was practically inedible. The rice was heated in a microwave and was gloopy. We both ended up abandoning our meals and headed for the exit. No one asked us... More

Took my two boys to see Santa (age 2&4) and they loved it. It was a great family day out the shop was busy but tills were fast flowing as staff were well organised and able to coupe with the pressure. As for Santa's grotto it was amazing when we first arrived to book in to see Santa we were... More

Ok, it's a cafe in a garden centre and it's just what you would imagine one to be nowadays. Setting is good, plenty of room, nice view over the countryside, some quieter areas. Plenty of sauces, ice cubes, water etc... available and don't have to pay for them either. There's plenty of choice of sweet stuff for a coffee break... More

More of a retail outlet and Christmas shop now than a garden centre. Looking at the ever increasing prices in the shop its more like Harod's now than a garden centre. The plants now seem to take a back seat. Been once for breakfast and it was good but a few times for lunch and not so impressed both with... More

My friends and I go here every week after playing golf and, not only because it is so handy to the golf club, but because the food is so excellent with plenty of choice. Plus there is the added bonus of the lovely shop and garden centre. I also, often bring a church group of seniors of about 18 members,... More
