I went to the John Hewitt early enough in the evening that it wasn't crowded, which made for a relaxing pub experience. They have a wide selection of drinks and the live music (band) was wonderful. I will return next time I am in Belfast.

One of if not the best small pub in Belfast. Staff are so friendly. Clientele is always full of charm and random interesting conversation. Menu of food and drinks and company that sticks, lends for a satisfied and a potentially intoxicating visit.

Went for a light lunch with a friend. Ordered a pint and was told they'd bring it over to where he was already planted. Menu looked interesting, but the seafood chowder was the big draw! It's a big, open bar with a good atmosphere but...More
