Myself and my partner nipped in here for a spot of dinner after visiting the Belfast Market next door. I had the soup of the day and my otrr half has the burger. Both thoroughly enjoyed. Staff were attentive. Nice clean relaxing pub. Would recommend if you're near by.

I stopped in here Sunday on my way back to the train station. Outside on the chalkboard it's clearly marked an advertisement for Sunday roast with all the fixings and even apple pie. Sold! Except when I sit down, I'm told the kitchen is closed, even though it's 4pm. I ordered a Harp and the bartender could barely be bothered... More

Arrived too late for Sunday roast, had fish and chips. Not as good as in St. George's market. Decor is scruffy and banal. Service is friendly. Vegetarians stay away, very limited choice for you.

Went here for lunch recently but didn't actually get anything to eat! There was no oil for the fryers so anything on the menu that remotely involved chips was off which didn't leave a lot of choice.

Visited this place a few days ago as we didn't fancy the cuisine served in St George's market. Glad we did as it was hot, plentiful and very easy on the tastebuds. If visiting the market and feeling peckish, this is the ideal place to stop off.

We tried to visit the St. George Market next door but were too late; dropped into the adjacent Ronnie Drew's for a quick pint to stem our disappointment. Seemed like a nice place, a bit run down but we got a warm welcome and the music was lively!

I came across this pub whilst visiting the st George's market. Since it was raining heavily decided to do a pit stop for lunch. Menu is typical pub offerings and I ordered the fish and chip which was acceptable together with a pint of local harp lager.
