4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed yesterday NEW

Visited recently for a late lunch, taking advantage of the 2 for 1 drinks offers as always of course! Decided to go with the lunch and early evening menu this time, a decent range of choices and great value. A few of our party had the tapas which is also very good value for money. Service was a little slow... More

Decided to eat here at the last minute which was not a bad idea. I enjoyed the lunch menu as it gives you a few options of a meal for a cheaper price. I ate the BBQ chicken wings for starters which came out with two pieces - I was unaware of this but didn't find it troublesome either as... More

Went here for Mothers Day. Although it was busy the service was good. We ordered the 2-4-1 cocktails, which were lovely. We decided to order from the al la carte menu the tapas, 5 dishes for £26. Nachos, Empanada, Salad Ribs Quesedilla. We also ordered sides of refried beans coleslaw and patatas brava. We were stuffed and couldnt order dessert.... More

This was meant to be; "10oz sirloin steak served with chunky molho à campanha salsa & a choice of mixed sweet potato & cassava fries or salad & fresh herb chimichurri or chipotle butter"... not sure this constitutes the same dish!

We visited this branch of Las Iguanas recently and overall we had a nice time. The only downside was the wait between starters and our main course which was an hour. However there was a good atmosphere in the Restaurant which is very popular. All the food was nice apart from the Cheese cube starter which was overcooked. My Fajita's... More

Six of us were booked in for a pre-match meal which was excellent and added to the occasion of the Six Nations' game. I can thoroughly recommend this restaurant for any occasion as the food, drink, staff and atmosphere are all excellent.

We visited for an early evening meal prior to a concert and were very pleased with whole package. The food was very tasty, the setting was fine and was a lol at a reasonable price. The service by Teresa was excellent, so we would certainly visit again.

We visited las iguanas on mill lane in Cardiff for a friends 30th birthday, we usually go to the one in Cardiff bay or in Swansea, both of which have always been brilliant. We were a table of 11. On arrival the restaurant didn't fell as vibrant/clean in comparison to the others. We had two vegans In the party, one... More

Description
Walk through the doors of Las Iguanas and find yourself transported to Latin America, full of rich, vibrant colours, quirky features and custom-made wooden mosaic tables made especially for the restaurant from sustainable woods in Brazil. Each restaurant is unique and the staff love bringing unusual things back from their travels, ranging from large lobster sculptures to giant drums. The philosophy of Las Iguanas is to serve delicious and authentic Latin American food and drink in an environment which evokes the very best of Latin life. With recipes dating back to the 16th century, the food successfully fuses native Latin American Indian, Spanish, Portuguese and African influences. Working hard to ensure that everything comes from the best possible source, Las Iguanas is proud of its fresh GM free food and top quality ingredients.
