The atmosphere was fantastic, the service was exceptional and the hospitality simply outstanding. Highly recommend to anyone who is in the area. It was recommended by a local for a business lunch and it couldn't have been better

Came across this on tripadvisor. Glad we did. Visited with a very angry toddler and a hungry newborn. Staff were very good in understanding that. Had the three cheese pie , was one of the best things I've ever eaten. Would highly recommend

We made a bee-line for this Inn after reading the good reviews on TripAdvisor. Arrived at 8.30pm on a Tuesday in May and were told that they had stopped serving food!

Yes! The beer garden/ outdoors eating is at the rear of the pub. I recommend 'phoning to book a table ,especially at this time of the year;tourist season.
