I first came to Petes Eats back in 1993 while undergoing scuba diving training at Vivian Quarry. Getting to Petes we were frozen and hungry, and the cafe provided warmth, a fantastic atmosphere, great company, good hot food from a huge menu that was ready to feed most dietary needs, and service that is always happy and welcoming. Going back... More

Popped in for a quick cuppa which came in huge mugs. Ended up eating there having seen how delicious others people's orders looked. Received huge portions in keeping with the huge mugs. More than enough to satisfy my always hungry nephew. Food was really tasty and good value. Good place those exploring Snowdon. Not posh but comfortable.

Excellent menu here at reasonable price the breakfasts are cheap and big. Lots of choice. Not fine dining but think up market transport cafe. Well recommended

Popped in for some lunch on our way into the hills. Really quick service and the food was bang on - had a jacket spud and toastie around 2, and that kept us going until 9pm!

Very pleasant cafe! The food was very nice and fresh although I think that some things could be presented a little better however the taste of the food ordered was lovely. The staff are friendly and the prices were very reasonable. Warm, clean and welcoming. Will definitely be back here after a day at the lake! The serving system perhaps... More

Unpretentiousness Breakfast and a decent price and a pint of tea. What more could you want to get you set for a day in the Snowdonia park. Are here during the off season and will be returning every chance I get. Imagine it's rather busy in the summer!

A must for climbers and walkers looking to fill their stomachs. The breakfast was delicious and the tea comes in a huge mug which is great. Will definitely visit again J

3 of us 2 days running had breakfast. Was okay. Convenient. Day 1 we all had a small breakfast, bacon was very nice! 2 has brown was too much we all agreed, better to have 1 and maybe something else like mushroom? I personally didn't like the brown sauce as it was a bit vinegary Day 2, 1x small breakfast... More

We have travelled to lots of places and this has to be one of our favourite cafes. It's slogan is Pete's Eats, Big Eats. This is not an exaggeration. After two days climbing Snowdon I had the monster omelette with chips, and it was just too big, one of the few times I've not cleared my plate; even more disheartening... More
