We went here after a recommendation from a family member, its very much a wine bar. The menu is very limited and it does get very busy. If you like small portions and 'fancy food' then it may be to your taste.

My friend and I had a girly night out and decided on Gales, we were not disappointed. Pip recommend a brilliant red to have with our meal and the food was excellent, definitely our go to place for good food, good wine and brilliant atmosphere.

In addition to the celebrated oggies this place has a fantastic selection of beautifully made, imaginative and generously proportioned sausage rolls as well as a good selection of pies etc. Your only problem is deciding what to have! Quality shop.

This was the first time we had stayed in Llangollen, so we had no idea of where to eat, Gales was our first choice and no complaints, great tasting food
