As we were looking for a good Sunday carvery we passed in front of this restaurant and discovered Sunday lunch was a buffet at 7.50 each. Bargain. There was meat-vegetable samosa, onion bhajee, chicken madras, lamb curry, potatoes and mushroom veg curry. The naan was available and freshly baked for you. Service was courteous by a nice man who was... More

I've always been a fan of this restaurant, and have reviewed it before. They have now added another string to their bow, by opening on Sunaday lunchtime for an all you can eat buffet. We've visited on the last two Sundays and had great meals both times. The usual starters are offered....bhajis, samosas and chicken tikka, with chutneys and poppadoms.... More

We ate here on a Sunday evening and the buffet was still being served, but we were allowed to eat from the main menu. I had the tandoori lamb chops to start and one of their specials for main (cooked to vindaloo strength). Everything was tasty as well as hot, which not all restaurants can do. The only fault was... We had poppadums, onion salad, mint sauce, bahjis, samosas, and a selection of curries, including lamb and chicken. Not much for vegetarians but chef kindly offered to cook me... More

I have been to this restaurant before and had a nice curry so thought we would go again, it was busy downstairs so we were seated upstairs, it was cold but after a while it started to get warm. I ordered a king prawn korma when it arrived I could barely see the prawns (small). A lot of sauce. I... More

Need to book in advance for the weekend evenings. Parking sometimes not available outside restaurant. Good customer service. Food good although not outstanding and I have had better. Usual 4 condiments with popadoms. Cokes very expensive at £2.90 a glass! Can cater for large groups as there is an upstairs dining area.
