What a joy real feel good food. The two of us shared 3 starters crispy duck salad, figs and goats cheese, and vegetarian mezzo followed by a hot chocolate cost about £25 so not cheap but worth every penny. Fresh, tasty a burst of flavour food for the soul. Very friendly staff.

I've had a few takeaway sandwiches from Mac & Jac's but this is the first time I had been upstairs to the cafe. I went in for lunch with friends and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and efficient service. The menu is pretty substantial considering they are 'only' a cafe and the portions are very generous. If you're looking... More

Day time only cafe/deli but the menu is more like a restaurant. Very good food and very friendly, attentive staff. You enter through the deli and go upstairs to the "cafe" which has more choices than many small restaurants. Based in a quirky heritage building it has it's own charm. The food was served in good time and well presented.... More

Well thought-out menu, with many options for tasty and healthy lunches. There is a deli downstairs where you can take home some freshly made cakes and tarts. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The upstairs is well decorated in a historic building. I highly recommend this place for lunch. The only minor criticism i have is that the menu... More

I've visited the Worcester and Malvern branches of Mac and Jack's on a couple of occasions each. On all four visits the food was enjoyable, the service faultless, and I'd argue that it does the best coffee in town. Might not suit people with more Saxon tastes in food but I've visited alone and with company and never heard a... More

My friends and I met her for a late lunch on Saturday afternoon. We were seated at a lovely large table which was clean and nicely presented. The service was excellent- friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The good was all fresh and delicious. I went for the warm bacon and brie tart -it was amazing! Great value for money.... I arranged to meet a friend for lunch here whilst visiting the area. I arrived early on quite a warm day with my young baby & had just stopped outside to look at tables available there when one of the waitresses came straight out and asked if I would prefer to sit inside. The doors were only half open but... More

Popped in here for a late lunch food was great, service was attentive and the prices just right, not busy but that suited us due to it being a late lunch and it was so hot

Sat outside admiring the elegant gate next door and enjoyed great, fresh, innovative food. The interior was so pretty, lovely floor and clean lines. Toilets sparkling without even a finger print on the mirrored Surfaces! Huge variety of teas and, of course,Malvern water. Best of all, 30 day matured Parkin. What a treat. May be the highlight of my trip.... More
