The advantage of dining alone here is that I always get a table without the need to book. After a strenuous morning at the gym I decided to treat myself to a nice Sunday lunch. I chose half a chicken with potato gratin and haricot...More

This restaurant is a real favourite - the food is always good and the staff are great. (The 12.5% service charge is something to be aware of tho- higher than other restaurants in the area) This particular branch has a really lovely location - just...More

Away from simple creature comforts like a great breakfast when you are working away, can really dampen the soul. Imagine then, when a chance meeting with the lovely Jenny from Cote, resulted in my colleague and I being treated like kings in what was for us, an...More

We really love Cote B in Cardiff and Salisbury. Always busy, great location, great service, great food and drink. We've noticed the last few times that the optional 12.5% service charge doesn't seem to be optional!

Every time I go into Salisbury I end up here either with my partner or on my own. The food is consistently good, authentic and not too expensive. They always have a decent range of wines and the staff don’t seem to change too often,...More

Cosy and warm on a chilly March evening. Got there for the pre-7pm set menu, good value. Nice atmosphere, sparsely attended at first but started filling around 7:30-8pm. Friendly staff, happy to help.

Can’t fault this brasserie for its location, food, coffee and service but we were surprised that the optional service charge was taken without giving us the option! Hey, ho, we would have paid it anyway.

Our inspiration for the food and design of Cote is a modern interpretation of the many famous bistros of Paris. Inspired by new trends, we are dedicated to serving authentic classic brasserie dishes with a modern twist, using high quality produce at great prices. On the menu, guests will always find brasserie favourites on our a la carte menu such as steak frites, moules marinieres, corn-fed chicken from rural Brittany and tuna Nicoise, for dessert, Cote's creme caramel and creme brulee are much-loved house specialities. Seasonality and Cote's commitment to sourcing high-quality ingredients results in a monthly changing specials menu, ensuring there is always something new to delight regular guests and gastronomes alike, as well as the excellent value set menu. Open early every day for breakfast, through to lunch and dinner; Cote's atmosphere is informal and friendly
