This is a traditional pub, renowned for decent real ales. However this place is unusual in having a reasonable menu, including some more 'interesting' items, which it serves very well

The food is fresh, homemade and delicious. Highly recommend the steak and ale pie. The atmosphere is cosy with open fires. It reminds me of a proper old style pub with lots of nooks and crannies. The staff are attentive and the wine is good....More

Coventry is blessed with a number of very traditional pubs. Have visited this one a few times as we are relative locals. The appeal when entertaining friends from out of town in the tiny Donkey Box bar. Worth a look for the ambience.

Couldn't give a definite answer. The pub is not that big. Best to give them a call. Food well worth it though. Especially the sausage and mash.
