Slightly better than an Italian bistro with an excellent choice on the menu. Beautiful food, well served and obviously very popular. It would be sensible to book as it was very busy

Friday evening meal booked for 4 during the Xmas markets. The first thing to note is that the restaurant is so poorly lit that diners were using their mobile phone lights to read the menu. The service was poor. Waiting staff were unfriendly and there...More

My daughter booked for 4 of us for an evening meal after attending the Christmas market in Bath, since she had previously visited the restaurant several years ago. Friendly service, delicious food, very drinkable white house wine, and a lovely atmosphere in a cosy little...More

We ate here before the theatre. Very busy and best to book. It's not cheap, but its not expensive for what yo get in terms both choice and flavour. If you want cheap and tasteless Italian go elsewhere.

We tried Amarone without a reservation, at the start of December when Bath was extremely busy. Even though we didn’t have a booking, they were very accommodating and sat us straight away. Menu is reasonably priced, as is the wine list. They accommodated a fussy...More
