Delicious fresh fish and chips, I asked for super thin batter and the staff couldn't be more accommodating, got it just how I like it. Definitely be back, best I've had in a long time! Well priced too convenient location.

Really happy that after reading other reviews to see that we were not the only ones to receive terrible customer service. I visited this place today with my family. We were greeted by a lovely lady who couldn't be more helpful and she took our order. The two ladies working were the replaced by two different ladies whose customer service... More

Having read other reviews, I was surprised to see the variation of good and bad scores. I have to say that this was my worst experience of fish and chips ever. I sat at a table and waited ages for my meal to arrive despite them not being that busy. The staff appear to be very disinterested in their work... More

I have been here several times for takeout. The staff, and they are the establishes staff, are miserable and make you feel like an imposter. You wait ages and there is no indication of when your food might be ready. It really is the worst take away in Bath and I'm so pleased that other fish and chip restaurants have... More

Visited Bath on a day trip for the Christmas market . Feeling hungry , we decided to have fish and chips .... we entered the shop and started to descend down the stars as the top area was full .. a loud abrupt voice shouted .. don't go down there it's full !! So we thought oh ok we,ll have... More

We didn't like the look and feel of all the tourists style restaurants in the center of town (near the roman baths), so we ventured into the side streets and found this place. This place is bordering a small public garden so you have an option of buying and eating out picnic style (which me and my wife did). The... More

I made the mistake of thinking I could "pop in" here to quickly get some fish & chips before a gig at the Komedia across the road. Boy, was I wrong! Despite the fact that there were hardly any customers, the two staff behind the counter seemed entirely out of their depth, confused, and possibly operating in some kind of... More

I'm not a great fish and chips lover and really only went as my three friends wanted to go there. We all had the cod and chips with tartare sauce and a slice of lemon. We were offered the choice of having the cod skinned which we all had and I have to confess that it was the nicest cod... More

We found this place on a visit to Bath during the Christmas Market. From the outside it looked quite inviting. The restaurant claims boldly that it is in the top 5 in the South West. Upon entry all was going well. Very clean place. We sat at a table on street level although there are more tables downstairs. Our order... More
