This Costa Coffee has a great atmosphere and is a good place to go. Like all Costa's it can get busy at times, but if you choose the right time to grab a coffee and a bite then you could well have the place to your self.

This was a crowded location and the line moved slowly, but the food was wonderful. My husband had a marvelous ham and cheese grilled sandwich and my hot chocolate was delightful.

Shortchanged. Told already given change. Poor service and they thought we were tourists I guess. Never happened in a costa before. Maybe a genuine mistake but 14 pounds short. Was corrected when I challanged as wrong.

Usually go to Nero's but decided to try Costa today. 25 minutes for a cup of coffee, seriously? So unimpressed.

Called in for coffees on Saturday. Very busy because of the Christmas Market. Had to sit downstairs, which was awful. Smelly toilets which I couldn't face using.Could smell them from our table! Put us off our drinks and cakes. Come on Costa ! I love your coffee and go to Costa often but this is by far the dirtiest. Management... More

Just visited for early coffee , filthy toilets bins full with old nappies etc , both toilet doors broken. A disgusting mess which souls the lovely new shop.

At first Costa Bath seemed pleasant enough. The Christmas decorations and music were very festive. I thought I would further the festivities by attempting to purchase one of their speciality Christmas drinks. However both of my choices were sold out. My heart sunk so far that I ended up sat down in a poorly lit room classed as 'additional seating... More

If you need a quick look break make sure you take your receipt as it has the unlocking code to the door! No buying no... More
