This restaurant is now well established. It forms the front part of the abbey hotel in Bath and is very central. Be sure to book as there are not very many covers. One can eat for a reasonable Price given the location and quality and there is plenty of choice. The staff are very attentive, tables well spaced for privacy... More

Good menu with interesting combinations of flavours. Helpful, knowledgeable waiters. Good wine list. Pleasant ambience. As fish lovers, it was cooked to perfection.

I choose this eatery for a private dinner for my family and close friends to celebrate my 40th birthday. The reviews looked good and the menu choices were lovely. The dinner was held in the Bolthole 2 which is a nice intimate room to seat up to 12. We had drinks in the bar then went to the room for... More

A positive recommendation in the Good Food Guide enticed us in here and it didn't disappoint. The menu is hardly the most exciting ever however, the brasserie food is cooked perfectly and rammed full of flavour. Would happily eat here again, but would probably look for somewhere else first for variety not otherwise available on the Allium menu.

Went for a birthday meal with 10 friends. The food was lovely , chicken beautifully cooked and all food arrived hot . Tables on the main room have a view over the terrace walk in Bath . Very convenient location in the centre of the historic town.

Four of us had dinner here mid week, The staff are attentive and efficient. We had pre-dinner drinks in the bar which is cosy and informal. There was a full selection of drinks from cocktails to wine, beer and non alcoholic choices. There was a good choice of dishes on the menu featuring seasonal ingredients. The flavours were very good.... More

We were seating immediately. Eclectic art makes it interesting. We both ordered the Roast Beef. It was lovely and tender. Perfect meal and we loved it.
