I was done visiting the Roman Baths and it was lunchtime so i walked my way near cheap street and quiet street and finally York street near the Abbey. The map of Bath from the visitor centre is very precise. I saw a few tea house options and finally liked the menu of the Bath Bun. It is a picturesque... More

Visiting on a busy Saturday morning, we were seated quickly but we found the table arrangement a bit on the cramped side. The staff were nice and the service was prompt. I tried a bath bun and a piece of Victoria Sponge cake with a pot of tea. The serving of tea was generous, with a side of hot water... More

Lovely old world cafe serving the famous Bath Bun. Very good selection of Teas served in china cups. The Bath Buns looked lovely but we had some delightful gluten and dairy free chocolate coconut flapjack - scrumptious!

Stopped off for afternoon tea at the Bath Bun chose the tea shop because it looked quaint . The tea shop is cash only and the cream tea was horrible over cooked stale dry scones. Nice China cups and saucers spoilt by non matching cheap steel tea pots just a mish mash The only good thing was the staff who... More

We visited here as the more famous Sally Lunn tea rooms a few doors down didn't seem to offer any gluten free options. We had very nice sandwiches (definitely recommend the coronation chicken) and gluten free scones. Fast service and ever so friendly staff - a lovely place.

I went to the Bath Bun cafe today. I originally wanted to go to Sally Lunn's but there was already a very long queue. So, I decided to pop into this little cafe, which is located nearby in the same street. The waiters/waitresses very really friendly, service was rather quick. The food and the tea were fine, but nothing extraordinary.... More

The beautiful thing about Bath is that it is so full of beautiful tea rooms. We chose this one because it was so central and looked like the real thing. The service was friendly and quick. Everything was lovely. No rush. Time to sit and chat, which is what having tea is all about. It was a cold and rainy... More

Popped in on a whim this Sunday. We both live in Bath and hadn't had the chance to visit here before. We ordered a Brie and cranberry baguette and cream tea. Food was tasty but we had to remind staff about the cream tea after about half an hour waiting and finishing our cups of tea already. Our table wasn't... More

How lovely so outside out front, munching on a lovely cream tea (2 scones and pot of tea £6.50) and watch the word go by. Very warm and friendly welcome, despite having had a busy day (Mothers Day). Would definitely recommend. Many thanks.

Your review is most unwelcome. You DID NOT EMAIL anyone, in fact what a strange thing to suggest, most people, with common sense would speak directly to a member of staff not reach for the social media page! Such a shame as your small issues would have been rectified with a few polite words and you would have enjoyed, like... More
