Wrong order on just eggs! Rectified but with same cold toast and bacon. Coffee poor. Nothing positive to report on staff in general, cleanliness or comfort . Would not return.

Lost count by the amount of times I've had such excellent customer service. Had an amazing veggie burger and a soy cappuccino with a friend who had the scrambled eggs and avocado on toast. Very friendly atmosphere, definitely recommend!

My wife and I were looking for a place when we asked our tour guide where he would go for a coffee/tea/lunch. Running across Bath and dodging rain we finally made it. But its worth the walk. Stopped here for coffee and cake with my mum. Whenever I see this place it's always busy, so was pretty happy to get a table. Had the chocolate tea, was so good! Loved the decor and atmosphere as well.

We toddled down there around 8am for breakfast on a Friday and it was already busy. It's a warm and cosy place with touches of Boston / the Northeast US about it - although the food is firmly English. Lots of options available, I had the vegetarian English breakfast which was utterly delicious; my husband had something else - can't... More

I loved the BTP when I was studying in Exeter so I was excited to see there was one in Bath. Went there for a coffee and cake one day and breakfast the next. Breakfast was so good, the bacon was heavenly and cakes and drinks good too. Service does however leave a bit to be desired, the most miserable... More
