Visited the Mohul tonight with two friends. We had poppadoms and chutney etc . Beautiful. The three starters were enjoyed by all of us and the main courses were exquisite. Nicely decorated and very friendly service. I would highly recommend.

Takeaway poor. Order KP Buna. Sides were ok, but main was tasteless . Had a spicy popadom , but no salad bag with it. Afraid the takeaways are a lottery and no better than a 50% hit rate

Our first visit for a year for a Father’s Day meal,and not disappointed,really fresh and tasty bhajee starters. To follow vegetarian methi,and akbori chicken tikka,spinach ,ginger garlic chillies ,pilaf rice,plain Nan.very tasty and good portions. First Class restaurant with first class service! Great flavours with tender chicken, going to make this a regular place to visit.

Ordered via just eat as according to the website it was open. Order taken and confirmed. However, when I wentvto pick up my ticket was still on the reception desk. I was advised that they didn't open until later. After waiting 20 mins, I got...home and was really dissapointed with both curries. They just didn't taste of anything, like wet cardboard. I tried to add some of my own spices but it was a waste of time. Won't be going back. Won't be recommending.More

We had a takeaway and although we didn’t get the onion we’d ordered we got extra mango so no problem. Unfortunately both curries had no flavour of curry, the lamb balti was tasteless and the chicken sag also! Such a shame we have never had...such bland curries from the Mohul. I even put extra chilli flakes on - I think the chef ran out of spices and chilli tonight!!! Very disappointing.More

What a great restaurant the Mohul is. Just visited and was compelled to write a positive review. Really tasty, freshly cooked food and lovely surroundings. Highlight recommended for a visit and the takeaways are great too.

This restaurant is the best we have ever been to!The food and service are excellent!Been going for many years and moved to mosborough recently with a curry house at the bottom of our road but still go here every Friday for a take away as...worth the drive.More

At last a new interior,new menu,same staff,and very tasty food at reasonable prices. 3 tables at 6.30 Sunday night it still needs the word to get out that they are open again because it is nice to see the place busy again,the interior is fresh...modern clean,and the staff immaculate white shirts and black waistcoats,and a smile that says thank you nice to see you again, so come on every one spread the word lots been a a long hard time for everyone,so treat yourself to a very welcome night out with fiends and let’s get it back to the old times . First time getting a takeaway from this restaurant. I had high hopes because of all the positive reviews, but it turned out not so good. The online ordering process was quick and easy, and the food was delivered well inside the agreed time. Unfortunately, the...food wasn't great. The mixed kebabs were clock cold. The wrong type of naan was sent. The pasanda turned out to be a korma - these are similar, but I know the difference. The bhajis had good texture, but the flavour was inconsistent. The popadoms were nice, and the lime pickle was the best part of the meal. The mint and cucumber was... well, I don't know what it was. It wasn't raita, that's for sure. I could have phoned the restaurant to complain, but I couldn't be bothered with it. We made the best we could of the food, but it's once bitten, twice shy. We won't order from here again.More

Been going to the Mohul since the first year it opened but moved recently out of the area.Went for a meal tonight as a family as not been for a while and it is as good as ever!Lovely new decor and food excellent as ever.Lovely...staff who go the extra mile.Try the veg dansak as it is amazing!My daughter had a dish I had not seen on the menu but was not a problem.Pickle tray was great and not sure what the green pickle was but very hot and brilliant taste. All in all we love where we have moved but wish the Mohul could come with us!We Will still visit for restaurant meals as the best curry house we have ever been in and always will be.Thank you Mohul.More
