Wednesday evening around 6:30 pm found the Broadfield warm and welcoming with a mix of early evening drinkers and diners. It's wholesome pub grub served up with a bit of a twist and great Sheffield hospitality in a superb, old school pub that feels cosy...More

Visited recently with the rents. Their pies are sensational, portions are generous, and the bar selection is what dreams of what of. A trip to the Broadfield on a Sunday should almost be compulsory, a chilled but lively atmosphere to end the weekend.

We ate here for dinner. Very friendly and helpful service. Fish and chips meal was a hearty one. We did book as it was a Saturday evening and got very busy later on. It was mild enough to sit outside under the gas heaters.

I'd go back. Often. In a lovely neighborhood, a great place for Sunday lunch but make a reservation. It's popular and very busy. Very good food in a nice, warm, inviting atmosphere. Portions are huge!

I read the book 'The Search for the Moon Under the Water' or something like that. Good book, check it out. The idea is: scouring the UK searching for the perfect pub. Basically, it's impossible, but wow, is the Broady close. I'm sat here, enjoying...More

At the Broadfield we are honest. We take pride in who we are, where we are, what we do, the food we make and the drinks we serve. There’s no fuss, no fancy, just a truly authentic Yorkshire pub.
